What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 2 pm, check-out until 11:30 am. These times can be adjusted on request, depending on availability: just let us know your arrival and departure times.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, breakfast is always included in all our rates.
How do I reach the riad?
Like most houses in the medina, the riad cannot be reached by car. From the upper entrance of the Aïn Azliten car park, facing the highest barrier, take the alley on the right and follow it to the end. Follow the riad’s sign, which turns you left (the alley continues), then turn left again at the end of the alley. Lost? Send us a message on WhatsApp and we will guide you.
Do you offer an airport transfer?
Yes. Fès-Saïss airport is about 25 minutes by car, and we can arrange a private driver to pick you up when you land, from 250 MAD per trip. Other transfers and excursions are listed on our Excursions & visits page.
Are children welcome?
Yes, children are welcome. Up to a certain age, they stay in their parents’ room without counting as an extra guest; above it, a supplement of 25% of the room rate per night applies. Tell us their ages when you book and we will confirm the conditions.
Can I pay at the riad?
Yes, you can pay on site. Depending on the rate you choose, a deposit may be requested when booking: the conditions are shown before you confirm.
What is the cancellation policy?
It depends on the rate you choose. The conditions are shown in full before you confirm your booking, and repeated in your confirmation email.
