The customer chooses the services presented on our booking platform. If the debit to the establishment is in a currency other than that confirmed on the reservation, the exchange fees are charged to the customer. All reservations, regardless of their origin, are payable in the local currency of the establishment, unless otherwise indicated on the spot. Unless otherwise stated on the booking platform, additional services are not included in the price. Taxes (local taxes, visitor’s tax, etc. …), where applicable, are shown on the rates page and must be paid directly to the hotel. The prices shall take account of the VAT applicable on the day of the order and any change in the rate applicable to VAT will be automatically reflected on the prices indicated on the date of invoice. Any modification or introduction of new legal or regulatory taxes imposed by the competent authorities will be automatically reflected on the prices indicated on the date of invoicing.
The customer communicates his bank details as a guarantee of the reservation except for special conditions or rates, by credit card or private card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club … according to the possibilities offered by the booking platform of the establishment ) by entering the card number directly in the box provided (secured by SSL encryption), with no spaces between the digits, and its validity date (it is specified that the credit card used must be valid at Time of consumption of the service) and the visual cryptogram.
